At the 2033 Higher Education Development Foundation (2033 HEDF), we are committed to supporting the University of Texas at Austin by providing strategic guidance and expertise in real estate development and finance. Established in 2017 as a Texas nonprofit corporation, our foundation works alongside university leadership to facilitate informed decision-making on property acquisitions, development initiatives, and real estate strategy
