Ross Wilson brings more than two decades of experience in architecture, real estate development, and project leadership to the 2033 Higher Education Development Foundation. As Executive Director, he leads the Foundation’s real estate strategy and development activities in support of The University of Texas at Austin’s mission.
Ross began his career as a licensed architect in the commercial sector before transitioning into real estate development. His background in both design and development provides a comprehensive understanding of complex projects from initial planning through construction and long-term asset strategy. Throughout his career, he has led development teams on projects across Central Texas with experience in land entitlement, project capitalization, design management, construction delivery, and institutional development planning.
Prior to joining 2033, Ross worked on a wide range of commercial and mixed-use developments, collaborating with consultants, municipalities, contractors, and institutional stakeholders throughout the development process. At 2033, he works closely with university leadership and development partners to advance projects that support the university’s long-term growth and strategic initiatives.
