To ensure a safe and productive visit, please adhere to the following guidelines:
The parking garage entrance is located off Red River Street.
Enter through the entrance labeled overhead as “Tenant & Visitor Parking” that takes you below Innovation Tower. If you are coming from 15th Street this will be the second parking parage entrance on your right but if you are coming from 12th street it will be the first garage entrance on your left.
- If you find yourself driving up a ramp rather than down, you have reached the incorrect entrance.
- If you have a badge, tap it on the reader to open the garage arm; otherwise, press the button to receive a visitor pass.
Please park in the designated parking areas on Floor B2 or below. Floor B1 is reserved parking.
- Do not park in handicap spaces unless you have the appropriate hangtag and documentation.
- Do not park in electric vehicle spaces unless your vehicle is electric.
- Double parking is prohibited.
Use the garage elevators to reach the main lobby. Upon exiting the elevator lobby, turn right and follow the wall to the security desk, where you will need to sign in as a guest.
After checking in, return toward the garage elevators, continue past them, and the lobby will open up on your left, leading to the suite elevators.
At the suite elevators, select Floor 5 for access to the 2033 HEDF suite. Please note, access to other floors requires a key card.
Upon arriving on Floor 5, walk toward the Management Office, take a right and continue down the hall. Suite 510/2033HEDF will be located on your left.
Arrival:
- Reception: Upon arrival, please proceed to the main reception area.
- Sign-In: Register your presence by signing the visitor logbook.
- Identification: Present a valid photo ID for verification.
- Visitor Badge: You will receive a visitor badge; please wear it visibly at all times.
Escort and Access:
- Host Escort: Your designated host will accompany you throughout your visit.
- Restricted Areas: Access to certain areas is limited; please follow your host’s guidance.
Safety and Conduct:
- Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and assembly points.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): If visiting operational areas, PPE will be provided and must be worn as instructed.
- Confidentiality: Refrain from discussing or disclosing any proprietary information encountered during your visit.
- Photography: Taking photographs is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
Departure:
- Sign-Out: Before leaving, return your visitor badge and sign out at reception.
